The opportunity to build a sustainable winner through talent evaluation, culture, and process has been my life’s goal. Fortunately, I was given an opportunity to scout with the Cleveland Browns. I wish there had been a resource like Elite Scout School to better prepare me for the life of a scout. Scouting is a language and evaluation is an art.
